Acting as your advisory on Talent development team, we work together to understand your goals, vision, and current situation. Once we have an understanding of your situation, we map a development programme that fits you and addresses all core themes.
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
1. Positive Psychology. A focus on your innate Strengths and Leadership attributes. You can opt in to include your Team. Firstly, we identify the best within you (ie. your strengths), alongside any behavioural risks and, if working with your Teams, the combined motivation drivers as individuals and collectively as a team.
2. Beyond coaching. Your leadership & team programme is designed around your goals and vision. Extending beyond typical coaching sessions, and because one size does not fit all, your programme would include a bespoke blend of mindset optimisation tools:
* Positive Psychology blueprints,
* 1:1 debriefing sessions
* 1:1 performance sessions
* Lunch & learn webinars
* Team workshops
PLUS, if and when appropriate: CBT, REI, Mindfulness, Relaxation and/or Visualisation work.
3. Practicable and realistic to implement. The Leadership blueprints inform a precise, data-led approach to how to make the most out of your unique strengths, reduce risks, optimise winning & mindset, and know the exact areas that require intentional effort to optimise performance and reach your leadership vision and goals more efficiently.
4. Data-led. Track & measure change. If we can measure it, we can improve it. Using the absolute best-in-class behavioural science and tools, we track & measure your programme results over time.
All programmes include "before-and-after" results metrics, so you can identify the changes that have taken place over time. Typical period is 3-6 months.
Measuring change provides ROI insights, supports budget decisions, and measures success in tangible and qualitative metrics.

Usual Deliverables:
- Kick-off session with team leader to identify core goals and agree on project path
- Personalised individual reports for each team members, Leaders and Individual Contributors.
- Each report analyses 24 strengths and identifies each individual's core 7 strengths, supporting strengths, weaknesses and risk performances.
- 1:1 individual sessions to debrief report findings, insights and results. Plus, map the strategies and action plan to maximise performance and reduce performance drainers and risks.
Individuals become more aware (and accountable!) about which exact specific behaviours and triggers to be mindful of and how these impact their work and their team, so they can start maximising their Strengths and handling their challenges.
- Team Workshop - After everyone has had their individual debriefing we bring everyone together in a fun, didactic, interactive way. We align messaging and support the Team's/ Leader's objectives.
The team gains a deeper understanding and appreciation for one another, and the unique Strengths each member bring to the team. We bring in an aligned vision, objectives and team goals.
- Follow up support throughout. We walk the walk.
- Track and measure changes, see what's working and identify helpful patterns, at 3-6 or 9 months.
